Chatham House Accounting are also registered ASIC Agents. For a small fee each year we will liaise with ASIC on your company’s behalf and process any changes to your company’s details i.e., change of directors, shareholders, addresses etc. We will also prepare and lodge the annual ASIC Company Statement and Director’s Solvency Resolution (which is a requirement under the Corporations act), and make sure you pay your annual ASIC registration fee on time to keep the company registered and avoid any ASIC late payment charges.

We will also maintain the Company’s Corporate Register and securely keep records of all relevant company documents.
